ACCK enables its member institutions to receive educational support for their Athletic Training Education Programs.

Upper level didactic courses provide athletic training students theory instruction in required competencies and a laboratory introduction to related proficiencies. The sponsoring institutions are dedicated to providing an excellent liberal arts education within the environment shaped by the essential values of their affiliate Christian denominations.

Based on this mission, ACCK is committed to assisting in the development of service-oriented professionals in the field of  Athletic Training.
 
 
•To develop and maintain a Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) accredited athletic training program.

•To offer a curriculum that adequately prepares students for the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) exam.

•To assist graduates in professional placement as Certified Athletic Trainers.

•To adequately prepare students for post-graduate study in an allied health profession.

•To produce graduates of Christian colleges who understand service-oriented values in the practice of athletic training.

•To attract a diverse population of capable and committed candidates to the Athletic Training Education Program.
